The Imperial German Empire Announces A 'New Deal'

In light of a German Economic Crisis, German Minister Jeffrey Von Crylen, has proposed a 'New Deal' to prevent the Government finances from collapsing and keeping economic order and prosperity.

The 'New Deal' Will allow the German Government to collect a portion of it's total taxes every month, instead of at one massed point. Von Crylen claims that this is the way of the future, and that we will see other nations of this world take from German example. He also has come up with the total income of the German Nation per a year would be 675 Billion dollars, and for every month the german nation would make 56,250,000,000 a month (56 billion, 250 million a month).
