Whenever research and/or projects (including military operations) are started and/or completed, it must go here. This only has to include its title - everything is voluntary. You must put this, along with all other current project, in a new post, in order that people can aim their espionage at the project, if they see fit to do so.

You also have to include completed projects, though they have to be marked as completed.
