The Country of People hereby merges with the Grand Islamic Sultanate. Chairman Meow is hereby declared Prophet of Allah and leader of all Muslims.

All other nations have been claimed and conquered in the name of the People and Allah.

All pacts and agreements with all nations save the Grand Islamic Sultanate are hereby dissolved as all nations are now occupied and the sovereign territory of the Country of People.
