Project Stable Land

The nation of Switzerland wants to put in place a international research project in the hope that it will help limit the impact of earthquakes by being able to predict where they will hit.

In order to do this it wishes to place a network of sensors at equal points around the globe in order to be able to collect data in detail in regards to every earthquake above 3 on the Richter scale.

For this project, it will commit 500,000,000$ until the project is complete or is no longer viable, along with 100 analysts, along with there assistants. It also will commit 2000 men of the Swiss Army Engineering Core to precisely lay these detectors.

Any information that may be gathered on earthquake patterns from this will be freely given to any partaking nation, and with a vote in the positive by 100% of the members, will be released to the rest of the world.

RoI will fund the project. How much money will be given is yet to be determined...

Estra is prepared to offer up to $20 billion Est for the project within the coming years, as earthquakes are a major problem around her lands.

The Country of People has created 1,000 at cost at 5,000 Francs each for a total of 50,000,000 Francs.
