Project Damn you all (formerly known as project individual, formerly secret) - The deployment of 100 satellites capable of launching kinetic weapons in space. These weapons are a rod of depleted uranium and tungsten, and when fired it impacts on the target city, causing damage equal to or greater than the effects of an atomic bomb without the resulting fall out.
