Questions about the terrorists
Ln has ships and bombers, he must have ports and airfields.
Why can't we see them?
Also does he have cells in unoccupied territory?
I was under the impression it was inhabited by small farming communities each independent, to have terrorist cells there would be illogical, they all know each other, and there's nothing to spy on/attack.

That is actually a good point.
I mean, he could hide his airfields but the moment an aircraft takes off from them anyone with satellites will know where it came from instantly.

The ships because they all look like traders.
The planes, I assume they take off from unoccupied territory, or from the nation that hired him.
Yes, he does, probably for planes and for when someone takes it over.
I think he will answer better, though.
Btw, if someone launches advanced spy satellites you will be able to be informed when some planes take off (more satellites will, obviously, mean more is possible to be seen.
