Earlier this week, the armed forces of the Grand Islamic Sultanate have entered the territories of the nations formerly known as Greece and Bulgaria.
The territories formerly belonging to Bulgaria are to be administered by standard Sultanic Law however Greece is to become a Special Administrative Region.


As a Special Administrative Region the Sultanic Province of Greece shall not be resettled with loyal Islamic population and shall not be subject to standard Sultanic Law.
Instead Greece shall be administered separately by its own administrative body called the Provincial Council governed over by a governor having the title of Pasha.

Inside the province, all religions and genders will be treated equally and private property. There will be no forced conversions or property confiscations other than standard anti monopolization measures. However, financial incentives will be offered to citizens who convert to Islam voluntarily.

Furthermore, the province shall allow for private property and a mostly free market (based on the current Chinese system), tourism and foreign investments with a steady tax rate of 45% conducted by the German Principal of New Deal Taxation.
This system is called by the Grand Caliph "One country two systems." The Sultanate hopes that this will attract foreign tourists and investors and provide a steady stream of income for the Sultanate.

Regarding the borders of Spain and Portugal, Germany has claimed the blue regions, and proposes that The Sultanate takes the regions marked in red. Also, Germany has accidentally dispatched troops to the islands marked in red. We would like to negotiate for control of those islands, or if you wish to keep them, Germany will recall the troops back to the Continent.

Sorry for the delay.

Germany has recalled it's troops deployed to the Belearic Islands, back to Spain and France to assist in the campaign in western europe.

The Grand Islamic Sultanate would wish to thank the German people for this.

Also, in related news, the Belearic Islands are to be governed by the same system as Greece under the "One country two systems" legislature.
