The Organisation


This is a global announcement from a group of people who would like to refer to themselves as; The Organisation.

We have worked long and hard to bring ourselves up to strength to unite this brave new world under one banner, but no matter how powerful one group is to take the world in hand is beyond any one of us.

To compensate for this The Organisation offers it services to the greater powers of the world, a contract with The Organisation will be upheld to the letter as long as you follow this too we can both grow stronger and one day perhaps the world will be held together by this strength.

Some may call our actions those of terrorists, we prefer to think of ourselves as mercenaries, freedom fighters and liberators.

(To contact The Organisation in a case where you must request aid against an enemy either in combat, sabotage or espionage send a PM with the following details:

Your target: (needs to be as specific as possible, all target information needs to be gathered by you and presented in time for the attack)
Assistance provided: (not required)
Duration of the contract: (for longer term actions or for actions that need to be completed within a time limit)
Monetary offer: (payment must be presented in both your standard currency and dollars)

Anything not directly related to military assistance should be sent in a PM with emphasis on detail)

But they're sneaky, you can't use conventional troops on them if you can't find them.

True. Ok, yes, they can reduce the likelihood of a terrorist attack getting through.
It will work like this:
Your general counter-espionage troops will count for .05% each. Funding only helps if it is over 200,000$ per counter spy, if it is, then your counter spies count for .1% each.
The maximum chance to discover an attack is 80%
Spys do not help.

For example, You have 100 counter spies, funded with 20,000,000$.
The chance that you will block the attack is 1 in 10.

Or, you have 30 counter spies, funded with 2,000,000$
The chance the you will discover the attack is 1.5%

If you discover an attack, it will be treated like a normal battle.
