The nation of Switzerland has announced that it is pulling its troops out of all occupied territory's, and releasing there occupants. It has also been revealed that in all cases when a vote was held to merge with neighboring countries the vote was almost unanimous towards the merger.
This was evidentially a surprise to the Swiss, who it is believed had hoped that these nations would form there own sovereignty under Swiss advisement in order to delay any development of nuclear weapons.

(This means that if your nation was bordering a Uranium deposit, it now owns it. As well as that all other deposits are now open to capture.)
